Patent-pending REST API and MCP infrastructure gives enterprise agents persistent memory with audit receipts, validity windows and verifiable right-to-forget controls
MIAMI, FL / ACCESS Newswire / July 9, 2026 / AgentPrizm, a patent-pending governed memory platform for AI agents, today announced the public launch of its AgentMemory and AgentSkills infrastructure for developers, startups and enterprise teams building agents that need to remember, verify and reuse context across sessions.

The launch comes as companies move from AI experiments to agentic systems handling sales, support, coding, legal and operational work -- environments where agents must know what they remember, where it came from, whether it is still valid and why it should be trusted.
AgentPrizm addresses that problem with a governed agentic memory engine built around tense, trust and lineage. Agentic memory is persistent, governed context that an AI agent can recall, verify and delete on request. Through REST API and a remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) memory server, the platform gives AI agents persistent memory with confidence-weighted facts, fact-validity windows, contradiction handling, container isolation, hybrid semantic and keyword recall, audit receipts and GDPR-aligned right-to-forget controls with verifiable deletion.
In practice, that means a support agent can recall a customer's full history with source citations, a coding agent can preserve architectural decisions across sessions, and a compliance agent can prove that a record was deleted when a customer requested it -- traceable recall instead of opaque context stuffing.

"AI agents are moving into real business workflows," said Gene Avakyan, founder and CEO of AgentPrizm. "Once an agent is helping with revenue, customer support, code or internal decisions, memory becomes a trust layer. The system has to show what it remembered, why it remembered it and when that memory may no longer be true."
Avakyan brings more than three decades of technical leadership across IT, aerospace, cybersecurity, government systems and enterprise architecture, including work connected to the Federal Aviation Administration, Los Angeles City Hall and critical-infrastructure circles through InfraGard, the FBI-affiliated public-private partnership. He has architected enterprise financial systems that processed more than $17 billion in transactions.
"Everyone is talking about agents that can act," said Victoria Unikel, co-founder of AgentPrizm and president of VUGA Group. "But action without memory is shallow, and memory without governance is risky. AgentPrizm is about giving AI agents an institutional memory that helps teams move faster without losing accountability."
Unikel oversees a portfolio spanning media, AI SaaS, aerospace, publishing and entertainment properties reaching more than 65 million monthly visitors.

AgentPrizm also includes AgentSkills, a governed marketplace and procedure layer for reusable agent workflows. Teams can publish versioned skills, discover them by intent, preserve lineage and block secrets or personal information before anything is shared.
AgentPrizm offers a free tier with API and MCP access, 10,000 memories and 4,500 recalls per month. Paid plans are available for larger workloads, higher recall volume and production teams. AgentPrizm works with Claude Code, Cursor, Claude Desktop and any MCP-capable agent, and is also available as an OpenClaw skill on ClawHub, OpenClaw's public skill registry. The company also plans to release a source-available version of its memory engine later this summer, allowing teams to run and evaluate AgentPrizm on their own infrastructure. AgentPrizm is available now at agentprizm.com.
